"The best kebabs in the world"
That seems to be the way a lot of their customers describe the food there and I am not going to disagree. I must have tasted a lot of kebabs in many parts of the world and this definitely features up there amongst the top if not THE top. The part I like best about their kebab is everything is fresh. Salads are super fresh, unlike wilting blackened ones you get from some places. I know of someone who goes there just for the fresh tomatoes.
Service is friendly and you would expect a short wait depending on how busy they are. Great thing is they are opened till late (midnight) and is located just a short walk from South Kensington tube station, on Old Brompton Road. From the station, it's on the left hand side of the road.
My family and I are now a fan. Since getting here, we've had 3 meals there including 1 takeaway and I am sure we'll be there again. Our favourites are the chicken kebab, mixed-grills, kofte and shish. Great juicy meats nicely marinated with the freshest salads you can get generously served. Side orders would be hommus and the garlic mayonnaise.
If you are in London for a holiday and are heading for the famous museums London in South Kensington, Bosphorus would be a good choice for lunch.
