Khan's of Bayswater

"If you've not been to Khan's, you've not been to London"

That's their tagline and I have to admit, it is one of my favourite restaurant in London.

Interestingly, they've managed to maintain the quality of the food since 15 years ago when I used to go there as a student.

More interestingly though, where they used to serve alcohol then, it's totally dry now. Only non-alcoholic drinks are served but that does not seems to make a dent to their popularity, contrary to popular belief.

Khan's is an Indian restaurant with great selection of food served generously. On our 1st trip there we ordered what we thought would be sufficient for 4 people (for 2A & 3 C). Even after filling ourselves up to the max, we still had leftovers including on curry dish that is literally untouched. They were happy to simply pack it. Made a good dips with bread for breakfast the next day :).

My favourite there is the Tandoori chicken (GBP7 for full and 4.5 for half). Most of the curried dishes are excellent and the butter chicken is a must try. The restaurant is located in Westbourne Grove, Bayswater and the Bayswater Tube Station is a 5 minutes walk away. They also provide free parking and something new, they do deivery as well. I definitely need to try this out.
